Where is the best tent camping spot in Colorado? - colorado kids camp
My wife and I have about 4 days to go out with the children and wants and finally the experience of Colorado. We have lived here for 4 years and never hardlyh we go into the mountains. We want the fishing and some light to moderate hikes. Caming a KOA is not in question (this is not really camping), but a mountain camp should be good. When we travel, it would be nice too .. Thanks for the suggestions.

Maroon Bells near Aspen is my absolute favorite place in Colorado mountains. You can camp near Silver Queen, Silver Bell and camps Bar Silver (Silver Queen is the best). The hike is beautiful in summer - you do not believe all the flowers! I think you can fish in the river forks licensed fool. A good way to do this would be on Independence Pass (Highway go) 82 from the east. You can also to Aspen for a good meal or a celebrity recognized. I also recommend the Woody Creek Tavern, not far from a good meal and a glass in honor of the late Dr. Hunter S. Thompson! If you really want to experience nature in Colorado want, is the place.
